I’m Sheena Diaz, a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor in Georgia. I specialize in working with adolescent girls, college students, and women who feel the weight of pressure, perfectionism, identity shifts, and emotional overwhelm. I also hold particular care for women moving through pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, and pregnancy loss, seasons that can feel both profound and disorienting. These transitions deserve thoughtful, steady support.

Many of the clients I serve are used to being capable, dependable, and strong for everyone else, yet inside, they feel anxious, burned out, disconnected, or unsure of who they are becoming. Our work together creates space for you to pause, recalibrate, and reconnect with who you are beneath the pressure.
